Dr Hans-Jörg Keller’s continued psychological education is aligned with his clients’ ongoing globalization processes.
HE COMPLETED HIS TRAINING PROGRAM AS CERTIFIED TRAINER AND COACH in the Netherlands (IAS International) and specialized in intercultural training (Institute for Intercultural Communication), personality assessment (Myers-Briggs Foundation) and performance-management (Performance Design Lab, DDI, GP Strategies) in the U.S.. In Brazil he was trained in new approaches to team-building (ACIMCAR). In the United Kingdom he deepened his knowledge in group dynamics (Tavistock Institute) and was qualified in new methods and tools for intercultural coaching and training (York Associates). Dr. Hans-Jörg Keller is a certified trainer and coach for the psychometric instruments Insights Discovery, MBTI, Reiss Motivation Profile and 9 Levels of Value Systems.
IN HIS WORK AS CERTIFIED COACH of the European Association of Supervision and Coaching (EASC) he combines theory from intercultural research and psychological approaches with personality assessment, systemic coaching, transaction analysis and executive coaching.
III Dr Hans-Jörg Keller supports executives, managers, specialists and teams to get a better understanding of the thinking, feeling and behaviour of their partners from other cultures and helps them to overcome prejudices and inner resistance.
III He makes them familiar with the rules of the game in different cultures and analyzes together with them how they can benefit best from cultural synergies in their organization.
