TRAINING PROGRAM INTEGRATION OF LOCATIONS: In a medium-sized enterprise in the packaging industry, Dr Hans-Jörg Keller conducted his first workshops with board members and directors. Focal points were the integration process of different management cultures, a common orientation on corporate values, communication between the different locations in six countries, and planning and implementing international projects. He then designed two training programs for managers and specialists: ‘Intercultural Awareness Training’ and ‘Intercultural Skill Training’.
INTERCULTURAL COACHING FOR LEADERS: Executives and managers often work in different cultures. They have to communicate across borders, resolve conflicts, motivate their employees and satisfy demanding customers. Dr Hans-Jörg Keller supports them in creating strategies and provides knowledge on cultures, helps them to overcome prejudices and inner resistance, and coaches them to build up the intercultural competence they need to cope with the manifold challenges of a globalized world.
